I honestly can't recommend Maya highly enough. My wife and I still talk about how lucky we were to have found her when we were planning our move to Santa Fe, NM, from Los Angeles last spring and summer. She sort of fell into our laps like a gift from above. We didn't know Santa Fe all that well and had a very specific, narrow budget, but Maya proved her expertise as someone not only familiar with the city but also with the ins and outs of buying a home, going through inspections, working with the title company, dealing with the seller, et al. Since we were still in LA while trying to buy, Maya was also our proxy on the ground in Santa Fe, taking us on virtual tours and, most importantly, being frank with us about what she saw and felt in each home. When our rental unit burned down and we were lucky enough to purchase a house from a friend, we were thrilled. I had no idea what it took to buy a house or where to even start. Maya was great.
